With more than 20 years of experience in Silicon Valley and the San Francisco Bay Area, The Brenner Group
is every technology company's best option for total financial and accounting guidance.
In response to today’s current market conditions, we’ve put our experience to work and developed “The Brenner Group Education Series” – practical, educational seminars for clients, partners and entrepreneurs to address issues that are important to start-up companies.
Join us for this “hands-on” workshop to examine the critical, financial due diligence necessary for companies approaching their first institutional round. In this intimate, “roll-up-your-sleeves” clinic, Dean (Kip) Witter
and Craig Cytron
from The Brenner Group will provide real-time guidance, to help you formulate credible due diligence that will stand up to the rigorous evaluation of a potential investor.
Topics will include, in addition to other important criteria:
• Preparing accurate historical financial statements and Pro Forma forecasts
• Generating Cap Tables and supporting documentation
• Governance reporting
• Operating plans and assumptions
Immediately following the workshop, the BioCenter will host a Networking Dessert & Product Show
, generously provided by Scientist Solutions Events™
. Workshop attendees will be invited to join us to enjoy delicious desserts, fruit smoothies, gourmet coffees and enter the raffle to win a new XBOX!
