The Women's Technology Cluster (WTC) is a community of entrepreneurs, mentors, investors, service providers and partner incubators. We provide the resources, support and access to capital that allow women-led technology start-ups to succeed. Through our program and network we will (1) Provide women-led technology companies access to the necessary skills and resources to build successful companies; (2) Promote women entrepreneurs and leaders within our networks; (3) Build businesses that create innovation, wealth and jobs in their communities; (4) Contribute to the greater community of entrepreneurs and innovators. We recruit and select companies with an intelligent leadership team that includes a woman in a position of equity, who are able to demonstrate a clear business plan for an innovative product or service that has been validated in the market.
